Return Policy

WE WILL PROVIDE REPLACEMENTS IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES 

  • Genuine defect or damage in the product received.
  • Genuine sizing issues, only for unused products with the tags. This in only applicable for ready to wear dresses.
  • Package damaged in time of delivery.
  • In case wrong item has been shipped to you.

NO REPLACEMENT WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

  • In case of minor designs or colour variations. With handcrafted / handloom products there will always be some variation in the product.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged conditions.
  • If the customer changed his / her mind after purchasing or on the receipt of the product.
  • If the product is not returned through our courier service.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED ?

  • If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
  • Also please email us at mentioning your order ID.

REPLACEMENT PROCESS

  • Step 1 :  All eligible replacement requests should be notified to us by email within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. 
  • Step 2 : We will review your replacement request and confirm if the request is approved through email within 48 hours.
  • Step 3 : If the replacement is approved, we will arrange to pick up the product through our courier service who will deliver it to us.
  • Step 4 : After the receipt of your package, we will verify the product and authorise it for replacement within 3 days if the products are found to be in proper conditions.
  • Step 5 : Once approved we will ship the replacement product in 48 hours. In case the replacement product is not available in stock, we may contact you to choose a different product or refund the purchase cost to you. The refund will process within 7 - 10 working days.

Any item for replacement received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions would not be accepted. No replaqcements will be provided.

  • Your order ID.
  • Your email ID registered with us.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the package and the damaged products.

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO ISSUE THE REFUND ?

  • The refund process will take 7 - 10 working days from the receipt of the package which were issued for replacement.

HOW IS THE REFUND MADE ?

  • Refund will be sent to the same bank account / card / UPI ID within 7 - 10 working days.
